Directions
<ul><li>Prepare and dry the cavity with a small cotton pellet.</li><li>Transfer E-TEMP to the cavity using a suitable instrument and form the contour. In the case of occlusal Class I, the patient bites down on the surface, and then form the contour.</li><li>After the patient close the mouth, E-TEMP will harden within 25 minutes. Recommend the patient to avoid the strong pressure or abrasion for at least 2 hours.</li></ul>

Necro pulp is a mummifying agent with anesthetic, antiseptic and anti- in flammatory solution used for painless pulp mummification. It is used as paint or mixed with corresponding powder to form a paste used as sub liner under conventional temporary filling as DMTEMP. It has asedative effect so will make slow painless necrosis and mummification of pulp . It is recommended to relief painful acute condition of dental pulp to help endodontic treatment next visit. It contains cresol, phenol, and lidocaen. It is recommended in case of severe inflamed pulp to permit manipulation with no pain under regular anesthesia in the next visit, which is preferred to be 7-10 days from the subside of the acute condition. .Also It is recommended between endodontic visits. And may be used in pulpotomy for deciduous teeth.

PulpCalm, is powder and liquid formulation containing a blend of zinc oxide, calcium oxides, silicon oxides, aluminum oxides, cupper oxides, cresols and eugenol. Used as subliner and/or temporary tooth filling paste. Indication: PulpCalm is an antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and pain reliever formulation. PulpCalm is recommended for pulpotomy for deciduous and selected cases of permanent teeth. 
Also it is recommended in 1st visit of endodontic treatment case of inflamed pulp to permit manipulation with no pain under regular anesthesia in the next visit, which is preferred to be 24 hours at least from the acute condition.
